Boiler Systems
Diesel boilers are a cost-effective option for a lot of Southlanders, as they are very energy efficient and have relatively low running costs. They’re a very versatile system as they can heat both radiators and underfloor heating systems. They can be placed inside or outside the home, and there are commercial and residential systems.
Boilers are typically attached to the garage, laundry or placed in a cupboard. Diesel boilers require the installation of a fuel tank outside the house, which is placed on a concrete pad and must meet regulations. Diesel fuel delivery is available across urban and most rural areas in New Zealand.
Boilers come with a thermostat programmer which is fully programmable, giving a hands-off heating system that is easy to use. If you’re interested in finding out more about installing a boiler system, contact Ultra Gas & Plumbing.
